If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Breakfast is not included in the room rate and costs 6 Euro per person per day and 3 Euro per child up to 12 years old, per day. Babies (O-2) free. Prepayment: No deposit will be charged. The overnight stay tax 1,50 euros (per night, per room) is not included in the rates and will be paid extra by the guests upon arrival.

Politique relative aux enfants

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a child's cot/crib. One child from 2 to 12 years is charged 6 Euro per person per night in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged 10 Euro per person per night in an extra bed. The maximum number of children's cots/cribs in a room is 1. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 2. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Information sur les alentours

The Theodorou Beach is located just outside Kos town, with the main holiday activities and attractions withing reach. You can go souvenir-hunting in the old town and enjoy the vivid night life. Or discover historic remains like the Castle of the Knights of Saint John, the Casa Romana and the Roman Odeon. History-lovers will be interested in the islands' most famous archaeological site, the Asklepieion. It is the ancient medical centre of Hippocrates, situated 4 km to the south east of Kos Town (5km from the hotel). It was built in the 3rd century b.C. to honour the god of health and medicine, Asklepios. The physicians of this hospital were also priests of Apollo. After a short bus drive (10 km from Theodorou Beach), you can relax in the 'therma' or hot sulphur springs, which remind us the volcanic origin of the island. Don't hesitate to hire a car and check out the characteristic mountain villages Zia and Pyli and the beautifull sandy beaches of Kefalos Bay. During the summer the "meltemi" wind is blowing almost every day, which makes Psalidi an ideal spot for windsurfing and sailing. Various water sports centres can easily be reached from the hotel. Discover the surrounding islands in the Aegean Sea! Voyage d'information

The hotel is located 1,5 km from from the port of Kos town and 300 m. from the marina yachting harbour. It can be reached by taxi or by public transport (bus every 20 minutes) or even by foot. In the summer months there are daily ferry connections to Athens, Rhodes, smaller surrounding islands like Nissyros and Kalymnos and the Turkish city of Bodrum. Kos Airport welcomes many European charter flights and several line flights a day from Athens during the touristic season. Taxi's and car rentals are available and line busses connect the airport with the central bus station in Kos town.
